Palak Pakoda is a delicious and crispy snack prepared with spinach leaves. It is very easy to prepare and can be served as a starter or a tea time snack. This is my favorite snack during the monsoons…. hot plate of palak pakoda and hot ginger tea… enjoy it watching the rains….. So here is the recipe
Ingredients:-
1.5 cups of besan
1 bunch of Spinach leaves finely chopped
1 tsp of green chillies
1 tsp ginger
1 onion chopped fine
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp haldi
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method:
Wash the Spinach and chop it nicely, i used only the leaves. Combine the rest of the ingredients except the oil.
Heat oil in a kadai, and once the oil is very hot add spoonful of the batter and fry well. Keep the gas on medium flame.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
